Tai Chi, Reiki and more in Umbria, Italy

Hello and welcome to my website which I have developed in order to share with you the joys I find in life. This includes photography, painting, poetry and writing.

The content includes a section on training courses I can offer – they include Reiki (a form of healing, I have been a Reiki Master/Teacher since 1997), Tai Chi and Qi Gong (I am a Tai Chi Nation qualified instructor), meditation classes, and personal development courses for the workplace. I have found my own heaven on earth in the Trasimeno area of Umbria, Italy, and all my courses are held there surrounded by nature.

Each of us has to find our own way of being. I am still developing but beginning to realize that I know who I am and I like myself – it is a good start. I don’t have all the answers but I am beginning to understand where to look. As a teacher I am a master of some things and a novice in others and learning all the time, both updating my skills but also developing an awareness of my inner truth and how to present it.
