My Best Selling Images of 2021
Cubist Villa
Two of my images from Morocco top the list. The first is a view of the approach to the Cubist Villa in the Jardin Majorelle in Marrakesh. The blue really pops in this one.
The second is another view of the Cubist Villa showing the planted garden of cacti and succulents. Another beautiful pop of color with the blue and yellow contrasts of the villa picked out by the color of the walls of the raised beds and the colorful plant pots.
Castiglione Del Lago
Much closer to home for me, this image of Lago Trasimeno and the Rocca at Castiglione del Lago in Umbria, Italy, was popular last year. It is a peaceful scene. The water reflects its surroundings and there are few people around. The trees that edge the lake show signs of fall color and the sky shows some cloud. Dominating the scene, is the Rocca, or fortress that juts out over the edge of the lake.
Cortona, Tuscany
My image of a floral courtyard has been popular since I first made it available. It captures the cool shade of a floral courtyard leading to a restaurant and a dining area.
Two Perennial Favourites
There are two of my images that sell regularly every year. The first is of an oriental hookah pipe, bright and colorful.
The second makes me happy and I have it on my own wall here at the house. Looking up as I type I can see it in front of me. It features Ms Stevie Mouse and is called Cat Spirit Guide.
My Best Selling Images Of 2021 On Greeting Cards
Last, but not least, my best selling images of 2021 on greeting cards.
Ms Stevie Mouse features again on the first one called ‘Cat Fancy’. This card is available with various messages but always the same design of a sleeping cat created in a mosaic style.
Another animal, this time my dog Ringo who stars in my best selling Christmas Card from last year. There are a range of these cards addressed to different people but all with the message Merry Christmas. The one here is addressed ‘To Both Of You’.
