- Analytics – I use analytics to gather data about visitors to my site. What I see is time spent on the site, pages visited, demographics, but nothing that could identify the user.
- Log Files On The Server – these are there for usage data (analyzing trends, administering the site). The information collected includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, date and time stamp, referring/exit pages. These are not linked to any identifiable personal information.
- Cookies – as is usual practice with websites, I use cookies to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize your experience of my website. You can disable cookies through your own browser options.
How Your Personal Data Is Used
The only data collected is for analysing site usage (as outlined above). This allows me to tailor the website to meet the needs of users.
Information is not shared with a third party nor used for any purpose other than that to which you have agreed. The only exception is what may be required by law in connection with any legal proceedings.
